  1. This is an event that we travel away to compete in. It would be one of my favorites as you are not competing against anyone else but yourself and the clock. It is a yearly event for us but our club has just had a new mondo track laid and we are hoping to run one our self…which would save a fortune in travel costs but also give us all a double shot at this event each year.

They are great times logged … they all must be feeling very proud.

  2. Guernsey have only re introduced the “One Hour” in the last 5 years or so. Good event for us with such a wide difference in walkers distances and ability.
Plenty of encouragement for all walkers as well. Down on starters due to work and holidays again!
Easy event for us to put on as well, as are most of our walks. Guernsey has a great track in a good setting with 750 seater covered stand. In the early days of the Sarnia club in the 1960`s the walk was held on a grass track.
