Jason Le Noury reversed the first and second positions of the previous Guernsey race as he beat brother Stuart to the line in the Sarnia Walking Club Heritage Group Championship walk over 3,000 metres.

Jason recorded a time of 14.19, finishing sixteen seconds clear of Stuart. Phil Lockwood was third in 16.54.

Quickest of the women was new member Marie Macdonald in 21.40, ahead of another new member Jayne Golborne in 21.54. Kay Coulson took third place.
